ACM Limited is an independent UKAS accredited certification body, which aims to provide an impartial, realistic and practical approach to its clients certification requirements. The company is committed to ensuring impartiality, client confidentiality and managing conflict of interest, to ensure the objectivity of our management system certification activities. We seek to ensure that all clients are treated fairly using the following processes:           

1) We conduct an annual review of our relationships with other bodies to and risk assessment to ensure impartiality and confidentiality.

2) All of our employees and associates have signed a declaration of confidentiality and impartiality which ensure that all of our clients are treated equally.

3) Each auditor is required to verify their independence prior to carrying out each assignment.

4) Our certificate approval procedures ensure that the person or persons who conduct the assessment do not make the certification decision.

6) All of our client files are regularly made available to our Independent Certification Board and UKAS, who ensure and verify impartiality.

7) All of our charges are based on strict guidance issued by the International Accreditation Forum and regulated by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS).
