Score Co., Ltd is an informal education and training service provider and aims to provide the highest quality of services in the region.  The company recently obtained ISO 29990 certification through an audit by Bureau Veritas. This is the first certificate of the standard for Bureau Veritas worldwide.

We have been running PDCA cycle for a long time and it worked to some extent. But from a long term perspective, we wanted to establish more systematic approach to continuous improvement in order to offer high quality of educational services under the management system at a high level.  As a solution to our challenge, Bureau Veritas gave us an easy understandable explanation about this standard and its benefits. says Mr. Shinichi Masaki, CEO of Score.

Taking an employment rate of graduates from an officially accredited vocational training course, Score, towards the ISO 29990 certification, has set a tougher standard than the one set by the national standard.  And Score has succeeded in maintaining the high standard of its employment rate, by indentifying operational challenges through ISO specific internal audits and implementing continuous improvement through management reviews.

Mr. Masaki concludes, ISO 29990 certification is a key factor to differentiate ourselves from competitors.  As a company that makes continuous efforts for improvement of service quality in accordance with the international standard, we would like to win the confidence of both authorities and students.
