We wish to inform you that a new edition of the ISO/IEC 20000-1 Standard known as ISO/IEC 20000 1:2011 has been published.
This edition of the Standard includes changes to the existing requirements aimed at improving the interpretation and implementation of the Standard
RINA intends to ensure that companies with an IT Service Management System already certified or undergoing certification are promptly aligned with the new revision of the Standard.
