ISO 9001
Business and Quality Management
The ISO 9000 family of standards relate to quality management systems and are designed to help organizations ensure they meet the needs of customers and other stakeholders. The standards are published by ISO, the International Organization for Standardization and are available through National standards bodies.
ISO 20252

ISO 20252 establishes the terms and definitions as well the service requirements for organizations and professionals conducting market, opinion and social research, especially when operating on an international scale.
ISO 17025
Business and Quality Management
ISO/IEC 17025 is the global recognized standard developed specifically for testing and calibration laboratories that intend to seek accreditation. The current release was published in 2005 and covers testing and calibration performed using standard methods, non-standard methods, and laboratory-developed methods.
